Who we are

First Response Vehicle Fabrication ("First Response," "we," "us") provides emergency-vehicle fabrication and upfitting services. Information we collect

• Contact information you provide through our contact form, quotes, or account setup — name, organization, email, and phone number.
• Project information related to work we perform for you — vehicle details, build specifications, photos of your vehicles, estimates, invoices, and project communications.
• Account information for client portal users — login email and authentication data managed by Google Firebase Authentication.
• Technical information collected automatically — IP address and browser information used for security (including bot protection via Google reCAPTCHA and fraud prevention on estimate approvals).

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes and estimates.
• To perform and document fabrication work, and to keep you updated on build status.
• To send invoices and process payments.
• To record legally required authorization trails (e.g., estimate e-signatures include the signer's name, date, and device information).
• To secure our systems against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Payments

Online invoice payments are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments). Your card or bank details are entered on and processed by Intuit's systems — we never receive or store your card or bank account numbers. Intuit's privacy statement applies to information you provide during payment.

Service providers

We use a small set of service providers to run our systems:

• Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, authentication, database, and file storage
• Intuit QuickBooks — accounting and payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google reCAPTCHA — bot protection on public forms
• Microsoft — calendar synchronization for our internal scheduling
• Google Gemini — internal drafting assistance for our staff (customer card data is never shared with it)

Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function, and all data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS).

Retention

We retain project records, estimates, invoices, and authorization trails for as long as needed to support your vehicles, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

• You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing Contact@firstresponsevf.com.
• Portal access can be deactivated at any time on request.
• Our website does not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
